Salad Style 1

Hi folks, hope you’re all doing Faaaab-you-lous 😉

Since me and my entire family love to eat salad, I thought it would be a great idea to share some of our salad combinations with you. Don’t worry they’re all easy to do, taste very nice and great for your body!

I will start with this very simple salad, you only need three ingredients, you can add in more if you wish.

Ingredients:

1) Cucumber

2) Olives

3) Cherry tomatoes

4) Salt for seasoning (optional)

5) Coriander for garnish (optional)

Begin by cutting up some cucumber in small chunks

Then you want to add to that a few tomatoes, I chose cherry tomatoes, but you can go with whichever you prefer.

Cut the tomatoes in chunks and add your olives!

It’s up to you whether you would like to cut the olives in half or not, but I prefer it!

Give it a good toss with a pinch of salt to intensify the flavours =D

★ Grilled Tikka Fillet ★

Right guys, this was soo easy to make, it’s laughable HA HA HAAA (see?)

All you need to do is get a bowl and chuck a few ingredients together: salt, pepper, chilli powder, turmeric powder and tandoori paste/tikka massalla paste and chopped chillies if you wish.

Roll fish around… i used fillet but you can use what ever fish you like.

Put it in a dish with a brush of oil and grill away. The fish at the bottom of the pic just has salt and chives no oil… healthier option. natural fish oil cooked. The one at the top is the tikka style I explained above.
